JWSAB is a boutique advisory firm that offers corporate and legal advisory services. Founded by Johnathan Wong and Sabrina Lee in early 2019, JW SAB started with four core expertise, namely legal advisory, cryptocurrencies advisory, private equities and property development. JW SAB & PARTNERS has expanded since and now works as a team of 30 dynamic individuals providing our clients with expertise ranging from finance to law, FinTech and digital technology to taxation, marketing and public relations to social media advertising and promotions, off-shore investment banking to SME debt restructuring, fund management and private equity services as well as general trading services.

He found within his network of friends and alliances, dynamic individuals that he turned into his core team of professionals and experts; each bringing individual expertise from various professional and industry backgrounds.

Covid-19 has negatively impacted local businesses and many entrepreneurs are knocked off rail with a large number of surviving businesses are still recovering from the headwinds. Despite being tested by adversity such as Movement Control Order (PKP) and business closure due to Covid-19 for almost 2 years that throws a spanner into JW SAB’s network of business, JW SAB managed to keep its head above water and even achieve successes in its business ventures, especially in developing properties in Klang Valley and tapping into healthcare and wellbeing sector.
Armed with strength, effort, grit and wisdom in managing business, we believe that we deserve to be at the place that we are now and being nominated for this prestigious Entrepreneurship Business Award. The award nomination is a testament to JWSAB's commitment in being focused on OUR CORE businesses. We emphasize on preparing our organization for the future and investing in future-ready skills for new growth areas that will take our business performance to the next level.

WE believe in ourselves and our dream is of living a much better life and have a winner’s mindset. That, in and of itself, is reason enough to believe that we deserve to win too. We have already started working towards making our dreams come true. We understand the importance of being consistent and work hard at maintaining consistency this is by far the toughest skill to develop because it requires a huge amount of self-discipline. When you master this skill set, not only do you deserve to win, but are guaranteed to win. The one lesson we have learned during this pandemic journey that we want you to keep in mind, is sometimes it will feel like (and look like) you are starting to lose. The reality is you are still winning. There are peaks and valleys, ebbs, and flows to this thing called winning. It is not a straight path and will require a lot of hard work, but if we are willing to do the work, then yes, we deserve to win.
