Lam Lee Construction Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 2007 to provide building construction as well as infrastructure work.
In 2008, the company obtained a license from Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia (CIDB) and successfully upgraded its license from G6 to G7 in 2020. Since 2007, the company has completed more than a hundred projects either as a main contractor or a sub-contractor. In 2013, Lam Lam Lee Construction Sdn. Bhd. set a record by completing a 87-unit residential house project in Meru, Selangor in two years. 2014 was the year the company tendered the most number of projects — 24 with a total value of RM20 million. In 2015, Lam Lee Construction Sdn. Bhd.tendered for the biggest project in Bangi, Selangor totalling RM13 million.
