IWIFI is a platform for consumers with analysis and feedback to all internet and telecommunication companies in Malaysia. As we want to bring to our consumers a platform to have steady access to the internet and compare the prices and telecommunication service with just a simple click. By helping customer applying internet package, IWIFI will only provide the most suitable and the best package to them in stead of provide them the most expensive one. Thus, by giving them professional recommendations and analysis, to help them in their internet needs and wants.
By launching a compensation program, our platform has successfully helped reduce more than RM350,000 network expenses for the community. This is because Trust, Services, Brand is the main focus of IWIFI. The purpose of providing compensation program during the pandemic period, is to help out the society and let every Malaysian have the chances to enjoy internet services.
In the year of 2021, our total revenue is RM4,535,491 as we had helped the community on their internet commitment and also, we focus on our branding, marketing campaign in the market. However, our revenue has earned RM1,434,136 in January to April of the year 2022.
In telecommunication market in Malaysia, IWIFI have been rewarded with more than 1250 5-start Google reviews on our business profile. Thus, we also have done a notable commitment by helping 1,699 familied through the same program during pandemic.
Apart from this, after-sales service is part of IWIFI focus as well. When customer completed the application, IWIFI tend to keep updating internet related knowledge, information to them in order to solve their internet problem or concerns. For instance: how to change WIFI password, how to pay internet bill, do they need a WIFI extender etc. Services always is IWIFI main core to our customers. Providing the best before and after sales services, is our biggest purpose.
