Esther Lim, a young entrepreneur which is only 33 years old. In 2018, she established Urban Hygienist ( 二本清尘家居 ) , which provides furniture cleaning services by our own machine (MAXIMA HERA PLUS) imported from Italy such as mattresses, curtains, sofa, carpets, etc., as well as cleaning services for the interior space. She has served 3 million families within 3 years. There are 90% of the customers' over sensitization, sinusitis, asthma and other problems have been successfully improved after get to know and step in this company.

Esther said that the ordinary people did not know that most of the dust in the room came from mites and their excrement, and the mattress was the biggest source for mites and hiding dust. This is why there’s still a lot of dust in the house without opening the window. Esther also faced sensitive and allergic problems on herself. It was not solve the oversensitivity problem over the time until she used professional dust and mite removal techniques to thoroughly clean the mattress.

It’s not when it gets better to start, but it becomes better when it starts.

After graduating from Wolverhampton, a British University with a history of more than a hundred years, Esther returned to Malaysia to work as a salesgirl. It was not her intention to leave her job at the beginning. She was inconsistent and did not agree with her previous company and had the intention of leaving the company. However, it was not an easy decision for her to give up a well-paying job to start her own business. After that, she began to gradually establish her own company with the support of several subordinates. From a team of only 4 people at the earliest to 30 people nowadays. She applied the hotel management knowledge that she had learned from studying abroad to sales, and it was her goal to give customers enjoy 5 stars service.

In the early days of starting entrepreneurship, Esther had to recruit business and renovate the office at the same time. She had to do everything by herself due to she couldn’t recruit too many people recently. In order to improve herself and manage her business become more better , Esther also actively attended classes and absorb all kinds of knowledge and experience. She said that young people don't need to wait until they think they have become strong to start their own businesses, but they have to start before they become strong, because you never know how great you can achieve and learning while doing it won't waste time. It can help us to have more opportunity to grow up.
