Also in the past 5 years, DMC has been working hard to create the digital marketing skills standard in the industry. In 2021, three DMC directors were appointed by the Department of Skills Malaysia (DSD) to develop the National Occupational Skills Standards for Digital Marketing (NOSS), which will be used as the digital marketing standards and certification benchmark in Malaysia.
While Malaysia is going through digital transformation, there is a considerable gap in digital talents in the market. DMC has been working very closely with corporations and organizations to train the retrenched workers. Our goal is to equip them with new digital skills and give them a unique opportunity to tap into the digital industry.
