Established in January 2019, Ecomax Aluminium Kitchen Cabinet Sdn. Bhd. (Ecomax) is one
of the leading companies in aluminium home products in Malaysia. With more than a
decade of experience in aluminium products, Ecomax became the first in the market to offer
fully-aluminium kitchen cabinet fabrication.
As Ecomax’s flagship brand, WecoCabinet is known for its quality and durability, passing stringent testing from SIRIM to become the preferred choice for many Malaysian homeowners. WecoCabinet is also proudly made in Malaysia – all parts, from the cabinet carcase to the doors, are specially-crafted using proprietary moulds in Ecomax’s dedicated facility in Balakong, Selangor.
Through the introduction of WecoCabinet, Ecomax is successfully changing misconceptions that aluminium is too “industrial or clinical looking” for the home. Taking into account the requirements of modern home owners, an impressive range of unique colours and finishes serve to complement living spaces, while providing a second-to-none user experience.
Compared with wooden furniture, fully-aluminium WecoCabinet products are far more sustainable, healthier, and safer, especially if used in the kitchen or bathroom. Unlike wood, aluminium is fire-resistant, and also effectively withstands rust, termite attacks, mold, water damage, and bending.
Within just two short years of inception, Ecomax proved its reliability within the industry by successfully securing a RM6+ million, 18,000sqf semi-detached factory.
Ecomax also holds the Malaysia Book of Records (awarded 20 January 2021) for having the heaviest load kitchen cabinet panel, which can withstand up to 311.01kg.
With more than 1500 homes fitted with WecoCabinet to date, satisfied customers include notable celebrities from the likes of Chan Fong (988FM deejay) and Haziq Hussni (HotFM deejay/TV host).
