All of our contractors are equipped with Hunters’ HRIS application that offers seamless management and accurate payroll. Our contingent workforce clients are mainly in FMCG, logistics, insurance, telecommunication, retail, F&B, and automotive industries. Agensi Pekerjaan Hunters Search, our licensed recruitment firm approved by Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK), handles recruitment services for executive to top management level roles. We execute end-to-end hiring – from talent mapping to hiring the best suited candidate. One of our fortes is also language hiring where we source for Korean, Japanese, Russian, Indonesian, and Mandarin speakers. Our payroll division, Synergy Outsourcing, is a Humanica PCL company, powered by a tailored HRIS application. It’s in charge of the full spectrum of payroll and benefits management. We provide an affordable monthly subscription fee for software, hosting, support, and maintenance. The HRIS software is updated constantly to deliver better performance and new functionality in order to keep up with current tech trends. With the HRIS application, we can assist companies with administrative tasks such as maintaining employees’ P file, providing payroll reconciliation reports, delivering payroll journals for accounting entries, generating statutory reports, distributing pay slips, and more.
Leaderboard Consulting is a HRDF certified training company and HR consultancy that handles Coaching/Training and HR Consultancy for companies that want to set up a Human Resource department. This division specialises in the automotive and manufacturing industry.
