Eugen Tan established KX Waterproof in 2014. In the early days of entrepreneurship, he started his business with only one worker. From planning, operation, and sales, he did it himself. Over time, he realised that personal strength alone is not enough, and he also realised the idea of creating his own core team.

In 2015, he decided to set up his office. Due to limited funds, he decided to use leverage to invite another company to share it with them. He strives to train employees to ensure that customers are given the greatest value in service, including on-site inspections and after-sales service after completion to ensure the quality of the project. This small move made the company win praise and recommendations in just two years, and its turnover continued to rise.

In 2020, we will actively transform and reshuffle the original operating chessboard, including operating policies, team training, integrity services, etc. The company also moved to a brand new 6,611-square-foot factory in September, and the number of teams increased to 40. KX's vision is to expand its business to all of Malaysia in the next three years, provide better service to customers, and build a more solid home.
