TechApp International Sdn Bhd is the proprietor of a financial technology system developed for Fintech e-commerce electronic platform known as “FINTOS”, a B2C mobile App, specializing in a variety of financial related needs such as providing a means of downloading the provision of an accurate and efficient check on user’s FINTSCORE credit report which including analysis the user’s loan eligibility for loan application with the licensed financial institutions. Other functions include computing legal fee for the intended transaction, stamp duty and real property gains tax calculator, listing of properties by developers or agents, selected bank campaigns and FINTOS Academy courses. With the above convenience, FINTOS is essentially Malaysia’s First Financial Navigator App and is available to the public to download for free.

Before the launch of the FINTOS App in 2021, TechApp first developed and launched their very first B2B Loan Eligibility system named iMortgage2u into the market in 2018. This system enables mortgage broker, property agent, real-estate developer to quick screen through their pre-loan eligibility. With the pre-loan check and bank comparison, users can reduce workload and benefit more time-cost saving, thus increase their work productivity and sales closure. Currently, the iMortgage2U system can also cater for API integration with other ibooking system available for developers and real estate agencies in the market.
