Daisei Kushiyaki Sdn. Bhd. is a centralised “lok lok” food processing factory for its licensee under the brand of “大成渌渌”. The business was founded by Yong Soon Sen and Tony Goh in 2017 in Johor and has since expanded to Kuala Lumpur. Daisei Kushiyaki established three food processing factories in Johor and Selangor to support the provision of goods to all outlets. Currently the company has twenty-two outlets throughout Malaysia under the brand of “大成渌渌”.
Daisei Kushiyaki provides more than hundred kinds of product variants for its licensee and is committed to ensure the hygiene and freshness of its food products. The company has around 50 well-trained production employees who are responsible for processing raw materials into finished products. Its R&D department has been developing different kinds of “lok lok” and creative dishes, such as Ramen soup, Bak Kwa and chili sauce. Daisei Kushiyaki is also supported by a professional administrative team. The purchasing department keeps abreast with prices of ingredients to ensure the lowest price for customers. The marketing department is responsible for advising through social media platforms and organizing events. Daisei Kushiyaki also focus on the development and cultivation of employees.
The company’s business was severely impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic over the past two years and so had to shift to online sales through Shopee and Lazada. The move was a success and the company received a lot of positive feedback from customers. Daisei Kushiyaki also achieved its goal of having ten more outlets within past two years.
Although faced with challenges, the company continued its social responsibilities of taking care of vulnerable groups and needy families through various welfare services. The director himself led the team to visit orphanages, OKU welfare institutions and old folks homes monthly.
In 2022, Daisei Kushiyaki won the G Forty Top 40 Award for its contributions and efforts. This will serve as an encouragement for the company to achieve more in the future.
