Evercare Manpower Sdn. Bhd., also known as Agensi Pekerjaan EMA Sdn. Bhd., prides itself as an empathetic, efficient and ethical recruitment agency in the Northern region of Malaysia. The primary business activities include supplying permanent workers, outsourcing contract workers and managing the workers’ hostel and transportation for companies mainly in the manufacturing sector.
Ema was founded by Tan Cheng Leong in 2002. His daughter-son duo joined the business in 2018 and founded Evercare after one year. With their father as an advisor and spirit that sets the foundation of the company's values, they grew their sales by over 300 per cent and number of workers by over 600 per cent. They aim to become a reliable labour agency not only for their clients but also for the workers. The company is one of four employers out of many thousands of other companies to be awarded The Best Employer by Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja. They look to set a new standard of excellence in service attitude and labour practices— the reason why many of their clients and workers come back after their contracts ended.
