Foreward is different from other agencies is its team of experienced leaders. At the helm of the agency is its Board of Directors, led by founder Darien Mah; with 17 years of entrepreneurial experience, and successful ventures in advertising, real estate, tech, and F&B. Accompanying him are David Wong and John Chong, Foreward’s licensed principals with 30 and 13 years of experience in the industry respectively.

Foreward’s current business focus is centred on the primary market, selling first-hand projects directly from developers. The company’s defining strength lies in its long-standing relationships with leading property developers, built from years of work together with our sister company, FOREFRONT. Today, Foreward has built its own portfolio of esteemed clients, helping developer brands overcome the challenges of market overhang, one project at a time. The team consists of diverse individuals from various professional backgrounds (law, engineering, oil and gas etc.). Through the company’s multifaceted talent retention and recruitment efforts, Foreward has seen a steady growth in headcount since the agency’s inception in July 2019. Currently, the company comprises a team of 938 headcount as of end February 2022.
