FWF Hotpot adheres to top-level principles, philosophy and management and uses quality ingredients in its processing factories and logistics centres. By upholding the management philosophy – “To deliver the most localized ChengDu old hotpot”, the company has successfully established the brand “FengWangFu” by 2016. The early creation of the distinctively fresh hotpot paste was innovated by one of the Feng’s descendants who has inherited the mastery of the Sichuan hotpot recipe.
In less than 2 years, FWF Hotpot now has presence in major provinces across China. Its first outlet in Malaysia opened in March 2019 in Fahrenheit, Bukit Bintang. In 2020, FWF Hotpot added another 2 outlets in The Landmark, Klang and 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Selangor. Then in April 2021, it expanded to Gurney Paragon in Penang. In 2021, FWF Hotpot was awarded with the Asia Pacific Top Excellence Brand.
The company has established a dynamic and passionate workforce that consists of F&B specialists with over 20 years of experience to maintain its branding, improves the recipe and provides an efficient franchise framework which provides not only training but also the supply of ingredients to ensure consistency of the products. With the support of various experts under the organization driving the expansion of the franchise, FWF Hotpot is now acclaimed to be the most internet-reputable hotpot brand.
The signature of FWF Hotpot is the Spicy Mala Soup, which retains the authenticity of Chengdu Hotpot. The Spicy Mala Soup uses 70% butter and 30% soup, and is made with 36 spices such as dried chili and Sichuan pepper for 4 hours. To ensure the quality of its soup, the pepper and other ingredients are specially shipped by air from China.

In addition to the soup base, the signature dish is the Handmade Bamboo Shrimp Paste which is handmade daily with 97% fresh shrimps and 3% of pork.
