Website
SiteGiant Sdn. Bhd. is a Penang-born company established back in 2013. Being known as Malaysia's leading multichannel eCommerce platform, SiteGiant provides 6-in-1 eCommerce solution that caters to small and large enterprises to sell on multiple channels, such as webstore, marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, PGMall), social media (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok), live streaming, messaging apps and retail.
Over the years, the eCommerce scene has tremendously matured in various niches and technology. To keep up with the booming trend, SiteGiant expanded its product line based on the needs of merchants for both online and offline businesses, namely Multichannel Solution, SiteGiant ERP, SiteGiant POS (Point of Sales) and SiteGiant WMS (Warehouse Management System). All of these features were built with one objective in mind: to provide convenience for merchants to manage all their eCommerce business operations from only one platform. On top of that, SiteGiant also focuses on innovating features that can further optimize and transform merchants' business operations to achieve higher efficiency with less workload and at a lower operation cost.
SiteGiant has always worked closely with merchants and hence, it's not surprising that the company's growth is highly driven by merchants as the company takes the time to understand their business needs. Hands-on eCommerce training classes are also part of SiteGiant's significant effort to nurture and guide fellow merchants towards a successful eCommerce journey. SiteGiant is proud to share that in 2019, the company was awarded the SME100® Awards and CTOS awards.
The years 2020 and 2021 were challenging for many businesses in Malaysia due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Local SMEs went through a hard time as their sales were significantly affected during the MCO period. SiteGiant understands the pain and hardship faced by SMEs. This led the company to team up with the Government through the Belanjawan 2021: Go eCommerce Onboarding Campaign and encourage SMEs to move their business online. The programme was a massive success as the company helped thousands of SMEs through the digital transformation process, all within 6 months.
Today, SiteGiant has assisted over 10,000 merchants to sell online, listed over 7 million SKUs, and generated a total of RM9.3 billion GMV. This is just a start, and the company looks forward to helping 1 million businesses in Southeast Asia to succeed and prosper through digital transformation.
