From humble beginnings, Standard Food Solutions has evolved throughout the years to achieve success. With more than 30 years of expertise in live and frozen food trading, Standard Food Solutions has grown from a local pioneer to a trusted business partner that sources and distributes a wide range of products including live and frozen seafood, poultry, meat, processed food, seasoning, dairy products, pastries, condiments, fruits, and other essential food & beverage goods to partners in the Southern region of Peninsular Malaysia.

Already the sole distributor for brands such as Dutch Lady, Rasaku, Bestari and Victoria Crest, Standard Food Solutions yet again expanded their services by becoming the distributor for brands such as Lam Soon, Buruh, Lurpak, Arla, Homesoy and Aroma in 2020. Unfortunately, that was the year the COVID-19 pandemic struck. Shinn Liang and Shinn Jye then ventured into e-commerce and established Shinn Grocer as an online order and delivery platform.

For the past year, Standard Food Solutions ventured into Cold Chain Warehousing and Logistics services — renting cold-room spaces by pallet basis and providing door-to-door cold chain delivery services throughout the Peninsular Malaysia, except Terengganu and Perlis.
