Transparency and accountability or in short, TRANSPACC have always been the vision and mission in the company’s business. TRANSPACC believes in delivering quality services which must be supported by transparency in all aspects in its work, which include the appointment of service providers and suppliers hence, the company is accountable for its performance so that all services provided exceed the expectations of clients.
TRANSPACC’s guiding motto has spurred it to be diligent in providing up to date accounts and aware of the current financial affairs in all projects. The company has progressed rapidly since the incorporation in 2014. TRANSPACC is the appointed Property Management Company for 72 high end condominiums, apartments, flats, gated and guarded landed strata and shoplexes with more than 25,000 combined units in the Klang Valley and Pahang with a staff force of 250 personnel. TRANSPACC has established a solid backup and an Emergency Response Team (ERT) to ensure that personnel are always available for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays.
The company has also developed and implemented a new first of its kind web-based Building Management software which is wholly owned by TRANSPACC, and enables online updating and monitoring of tasks/complaints by Joint Management Bodies or Management Corporations. The software would also be able to receive updates via an app for both Android and Apple iOS devices. This will help to ease the monitoring and solving of all outstanding issues for each project.
