In 2005, I launched INK Marketing Sdn Bhd as a sole proprietorship, filling every role from managing director to janitor to ensure the fledgling company's survival. As the face of the company, I sought new opportunities, fostered client relationships, designed graphics, oversaw production, and even made deliveries. This hands-on approach granted me invaluable insight into every facet of the business and instilled in me a resilience that has become my hallmark.

The path to establishing INK Marketing Sdn Bhd was rife with obstacles. While starting a company is simple, laying the foundation for success is far more complex. I had to self-teach design skills and invest my savings to propel the company forward. Fulfilling roles in client servicing, billing, and printing, I kept the engine running, despite the challenge of earning trust as a newcomer among industry giants. My determination, consistency and hard work, allowed me to scale the business, attract a skilled team, and position INK Marketing Sdn Bhd for future growth.

Today, INK Marketing Sdn Bhd celebrates substantial achievements, including the inauguration of our new Serdang Raya factory, which has become the linchpin of our operations, enabling us to fine-tune production and uphold the highest standards of quality control. Our partnership with Nestle Malaysia, established in 2018, has not only cemented us as their largest below-the-line vendor but also enhanced our credibility and played a critical role in our narrative of success.

Looking ahead, our goals are ambitious: achieving RM50 million in annual revenue and expanding our dedicated team to 100 members. These objectives reflect our commitment to innovation, enduring partnerships, and maintaining our leadership in the marketing industry.

Winning the Distinguished Bull Award and Inspirational Enterpreneur at the Golden Bull Award 2025 serves as a powerful endorsement of our ethos and direction. I recognize, however, that success is a personal measure. It can be the triumph of a single mother ensuring her children's education or a female CEO at the helm of a Fortune 500 company. Success is the tireless effort, the relentless pursuit of excellence, personal satisfaction, and the impact we have on others.

The spoils of success, such as the means for travel and luxury, are enjoyable, but they are not the essence of success. Rather, it is the journey, the growth, and meaningful contributions that count. As a female entrepreneur, I take pride in the progress and the obstacles I've surmounted. My ambition remains unwavering: to continue to strive, to break new ground, and to inspire others.
