Established in July 2002, IP Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd. has grown from a modest freight forwarding operation into one of Malaysia’s leading integrated logistics providers. Headquartered in Port Klang with branch offices in Johor, Penang, Singapore, and Indonesia, IP Logistics offers end-to-end supply chain solutions to clients in manufacturing, retail, oil & gas, and e-commerce. Its services include international freight forwarding (sea, air, and cross-border), customs brokerage, bonded and non-bonded warehousing, e-commerce fulfilment, land trucking, and marine insurance. Its 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse near Port Klang is fully secured, BOMBA certified, and equipped with elevated loading bays, while its trucking fleet—60 prime movers and 220 trailers—features GPS tracking and yard forklifts for efficient container handling. Supported by the proprietary IP Track & Manage Platform, clients enjoy real-time cargo visibility and digital documentation, ensuring every shipment is handled with speed, precision, and compliance.

IP Logistics is ISO 9001 certified, reflecting its commitment to excellence. IP Logistics boasts of an extensive regional network that has expanded to Singapore and Indonesia. In addition, IP Logistics is a “True Asia Brand” with a comprehensive network of offices and agents spanning North & South America, Europe, the Pacific Rim, Middle East, Far East, South-East Asia, and Africa.

To strengthen its market presence, IP Logistics will focus on regional expansion into key ASEAN markets including Vietnam, Thailand and Indonesia. It will also undertake digital transformation, adopt green logistics initiatives such as electric delivery vehicles and carbon offset programs. Additionally, IP Logistics will invest in talent development by equipping the team with advanced logistics and technology skills.

In the short term, IP Logistics aims to expand its warehouse capacity, enhance e-commerce fulfilment capabilities, and further develop customer-facing digital platforms. For the long term, IP Logistics aims to become Southeast Asia’s top logistics hub, operate carbon-neutral facilities, and open additional international branch offices.

In over two decades, IP Logistics has transformed from a small Malaysian forwarder into a trusted regional logistics partner. The company’s resilience, innovation, and commitment to customer success have enabled it to thrive in a competitive industry. Winning the Golden Bull Award would honour the team’s dedication, inspire continued excellence, and affirm its role as a driver of growth for Malaysia’s trade and logistics sector.
