Their work now spans Universities, International schools and Private learning institutions.From upgrading learning centres to carrying out full-scale construction and interior fit-outs, the company has created a trusted name among educational institutions across the Klang Valley and beyond.
“Once you deliver consistently in one sector, people notice,” Allen explains. “Universities talk to each other. Schools share contacts. And when clients are satisfied, the referrals multiply.”
This targeted approach paid off. In the first half of the year alone, Surian Creations secured approximately RM30 million in contracts from university and school collaborations—exceeding their internal projections.
Stepping into global collaboration
The next chapter, however, marks an even bigger leap.For the first time, Surian Creations is involved in a major international project. The homegrown company is partnering with a Singaporean design innovator and a Hong Kong-listed F&B group to open 40 to 50 outlets across Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore. This ambitious plan signals Surian Creations’ readiness to compete internationally.“We’ve worked with overseas clients before, but this is a whole new level. It’s exciting to bring our skills into new markets,” said Allan.
A Heart for Community
Behind the company’s structured growth lies a deeply human commitment to social responsibility.Surian Creations regularly supports special-needs schools, including institutions for children with autism, Down Syndrome, and learning disabilities. Their contributions range from refurbishing facilities to sponsoring essential items like beds, sports equipment, and even air-conditioners.
“We focus on children who are not privileged. These schools don’t always get the attention they deserve, so we try to give whatever support we can,” Allan shares.

Surian Creations’ dedication has earned the company a place among the winners of the Golden Bull Award, in the Outstanding Category. But the journey wasn’t an easy tick-the-box process.“The selection process evaluates everything—our financials, our growth, our business structure, even our future plans. It’s a thorough assessment,” Allan shares.

“We wanted to benchmark ourselves. To see where we stand. And of course, to show our team that their work matters. The award, while prestigious, is merely a reflection of years of discipline and consistency.”

When asked what guidance he has for aspiring entrepreneurs, Allan offers straightforward wisdom:Stay focused on clients.
“Clients don’t come easy. Keeping them is even harder. So always put their needs first.”
