Founded in December 2018 by Dexter Lee and Har Wang Hing, ACS Project Management Sdn. Bhd. was built on the conviction that effective collaboration and expert guidance are the keys to successful projects. ACS’s business includes Project Management; Multi-disciplinary Consultancy (Architectural, Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Electrical, and Town Planning); Construction Management; and Technical Engineering Advisory and Inspectorate, Authority Compliance, Certification, and Endorsement. In the industry sector, ACS’s services include Residential and Commercial (Property and Mixed Development); Industrial and Manufacturing Facilities; as well as Engineering and Process Constructability.
ACS aims to expand its client base and project portfolio in the next two years while strengthening its team of engineers and architects. Achieving ISO 9001 certification is also an immediate goal, further cementing ACS’s position as a highly capable and relevant industry player. ACS also plans to fully digitize its operations with online submissions and reducing paper use for every project.
Looking further ahead, ACS aspires to take on lead roles in major projects within the next five years and launch a sustainability advisory division to meet the rising demand for green building qualifications in Malaysia.
