Endeavour Energy Sdn. Bhd. was founded in 2014 as a young and energetic organization to meet customer demand for professional and high-quality services. The company provides Integrated Services (consultation, monitoring, decontamination, schedule waste packaging & disposal, laboratory analysis and training) for Radiological (TENORM), Mercury, Benzene, H2S, and Pyrophoric and together with Industrial Hygiene and Confined Space Activities makes it a one-stop centre for Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) Management in Oil & Gas Industries. Licensed with Petronas & Atomic Energy Licensing Board (AELB), EESB is currently serving most of the top Oil & Gas companies in Malaysia. To this date, the company has four branches located at Selangor, Terengganu, Sarawak, and Labuan and has two subsidiaries which are Endeavour Energy Laboratory Sdn Bhd. (EELSB) and Endeavour Energy Maintenance Sdn Bhd. (EEM)
Since a major shareholder change in 2017, EESB has charted commendable growth, supported by its position in the niche HAZMAT services space as well as the gradual expansion of services offered. EESB started as a small subcontractor but has since grown to become a main contractor in 2020. Its clientele comprises major players in the Oil and Gas Industry such as Petronas, Hibiscus, Repsol, Carigali Hess, Vestigo Petroleum & MLNG.
The company was awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification in Quality Management System in 2020 and received the Bumiputera Enterprise Enhancement Programme (BEEP) grant from SME Corporation in 2022. EESB also won the Enterprise 50 (E50) Awards 2022 by SME Corp.
EESB is committed to providing safe working services in high-potential hazardous environments such as confined space activities and hazardous materials by complying with legal requirements, industry standards and best practices. The company provides the quality, cost-effective and valued services to clients in achieving the company’s objective through inventive, innovative and creative solutions. EESB also believes that experience and skills development are valuable assets. Since its inception, EESB has completed 200 projects with zero HSE case.
EESB’s short-term goals are to increase revenue by 15% annually. For long-term goals, EESB will focus on ensuring the company stays relevant in the market, growing its laboratory services and diversifying to other industries such as building maintenance and smart agriculture within the next 5 years.
EESB has proven to be a major service provider in the O&G industry and currently holds long-term contracts with major clients. Today, EESB has 45 permanent staff comprising engineers, technicians and management personnel and is a leading one-stop hazardous monitoring service provider in Malaysia.
