BST Healthcare Service Provider was established on 31 July 2019 and was incorporated as BST Healthcare Sdn. Bhd. on 20 May 2022. The company’s headquarters is located at Taman Lembah Permai, Bukit Mertajam, Penang. BST Healthcare has a team of medical professionals consisting of both occupational health doctors and staff nurses, who constantly update themselves on the medical knowledge and skills related to the field.
The company’s VISION is to be a regional centre of excellence in healthcare. The company believes that the health of workers is the wealth of an organization and employees are the company’s greatest assets. So, BST Healthcare’s MISSION is to provide a healthy workforce by developing a compassionate, skilled and dedicated medical team to manage the safety and health of the workers.
BST Healthcare’s services cover in-house clinic operational services, health (occupational related or non-occupational related) programs and wellness campaigns, pre-employment medical check-ups, training courses, advice on vaccinations and travel medicines, COVID-19 clinical management support and hearing conservative programs.
Since 1 January 2020, BST Healthcare has been providing its first client, Mattel (M) Sdn. Bhd. with in-house clinic operational services. During the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020, BST Healthcare has been providing medical assistance and advice on the prevention and mitigation of COVID-19 at work, risk stratification of workers, promoting safe operating procedures at work, screening and treating infected and closed contact workers, and at the same time ensuring the clients’ operational progress.
BST Healthcare’s hard work and success have been recognized on several fronts with good testimonies by clients. Hence, in early 2021, BST Healthcare expanded its business to several companies like Jinko Solar, Sanmina-Sci Systems (M), Computime (Malaysia), TE Connectivity, Lam Research International and In-Tech Electronics Sdn. Bhd. With the expansion and growth, the company’s qualified medical staff increased from five to 25 within a year and is still hiring. In November 2022, BST Healthcare successfully expanded to more multinational corporations such as OSRAM Opto Semiconductor (M), Plexus Manufacturing, VAT Manufacturing (M) Sdn. Bhd. and AT&S Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.
