1Why should businesses enter the Awards?
It provides the opportunity for businesses to stand out from their competition with the increased recognition and reputation that it brings. Being an Award Winning Business is a great promotional opportunity for your business.
2Who is eligible to receive this award?
The award is open to SMEs and Corporates. (Refer to Qualification Criteria in the website)
3Can an individual be nominated for this award?
No. This award is to honour companies and not individuals.
4How can I apply for the award?
You can leave your contact details using the ‘contact us’ form on the website or email to firstname.lastname@example.org and our award committee will be in touch with you.
5Will I receive any confirmation/e-mail when I submit my contact details?
Once you have completed the contact form and click on “Send” you will see a notification that says your enquiry has been submitted and you will be contacted soon.
6How many Award Categories are there?
There are three Award Categories available, but businesses are nominated in one category only
7How are the Nomination Applications evaluated and judged?
There are two rounds of judging for the Awards. Nominations are first vetted through a site audit interview by the award committee. Shortlisted finalists are then determined and recommended to the judges for final judging.
8How are judges selected for the Judging Panel?
Judges are selected based on their extensive business experience and business acumen they bring to the Judging Panel.
9Is the information I submit going to be confidential?
Yes, all submissions are confidential and will only be used in the judging process.
10When are the winners announced?
The award winners will be announced according to their respective categories during the awards gala ceremony.
11When will winners be notified?
Winners of each award will be notified at least One (1) month before the awards ceremony.
12I am unable to attend the awards ceremony, what happens if I win?
If you have made the shortlist, the award committee will then make contact to find out if you are attending the awards ceremony. If you are unable to attend the event, you may appoint any other Board of Director or Management from the company to receive the award on your behalf of your company.
13What should I wear to the Awards Gala Event?
The dress code is black tie.
14Are there application fees?
Yes, there will be a non-refundable fee of RM300 (subjected to 6% SST) payable as Nomination Fee and to cover administrative costs.
15I Won An Award Last Year, Can I Re-enter This Year?
Yes, you may.
