Estrella Realty Sdn. Bhd. started as a general works contractor in 2012. Over the years, the group has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how and experiences in design and build solutions, project management service, building trades and related engineering work. The company’s emphasis is on clear communications and follow-through procedures and ensure that client’s objectives are top priority in the planning and execution of all processes.
Estrella Realty aims to procure projects at competitive pricing, provide safe working conditions and deliver quality work within a reasonable time frame. The company also aims to provide exceptional services to the insurance industry and are committed to provide the highest level of professionalism, service response and quality workmanship. Estrella Realty’s focus is also on customer retention, to increase its networking and to participate in corporate social responsibility programmes.
In the short term, Estrella Realty plans to expand its facilities, develop new products and increase product prices by 5 per cent over the next five months. It also hopes to sponsor charity events/organizations and create a new social media channel. In the longer term, Estrella Realty hopes to increase the company revenue by 10 per cent over the next two years and to reduce production costs by 5 per cent over the next three years. It also seeks to increase its brand awareness and open a new factory/warehouse throughout Malaysia.
Estrella Realty encourages sustainable development and has gradually changed its construction approach by adopting technologies and improving productivity through digital innovations. Estrella Realty has collaborated with Technological Association Malaysia Sarawak Branch or TAM Sarawak to improve assets and human capital in Sarawak through enhancement of social inclusiveness programs to develop professional technologists and certified technicians among Sarawakians.
Currently, Estrella Realty is working towards the Sarawak government’s blueprint on post Covid-19 development strategy 2030 through the adoption of digital transformation in construction to ensure a sustainable economic and skilled labour force. Moving forward, Estrella Realty will innovate and strive for social inclusivity and environmental sustainability construction efforts.
