While many companies experienced economic challenges during the Movement Control Order during the COVID-19, J&J Corporate Services has successfully overcome the challenges through online marketing and the client base has doubled. As a result of online marketing, the company has expanded into new markets throughout the whole of Malaysia. During the GST era, the company hosted more than 30 seminars in the Johor area and interacted with more than 3,000 SMEs from various industries on taxation and accounting issues.
J&J Corporate Services aims to extend its services to the main cities in Malaysia remotely and will continue to invest in IT and digital development as part of the R&D for potential new services. In the short term, J&J Corporate Services plans to move everything to digital cloud base and expect to build in the cloud with Microsoft Azure. The company also wants to create a Monday.com to share points for clients to view the latest work progress. Finally, J&J Corporate Services plans to improve its data and business protect user accounts by using Microsoft 365, Monday.com and Avast Security. In the longer term, J&J Corporate Services wants to build a resource sharing platform for accountants and SMEs and affordable consistent and reliable high quality accounting services.
