T2o Design Sdn. Bhd. is an Interior Design and renovation company in Bayan Lepas, Penang. T2o stands for Trustable, Togetherness and Openness. These values are the roots of the company that are embraced by team members and stakeholders.

Established in 2019, T2o started from 2 persons and has since grown into a team of 17 persons. T2o was established to tap the potential of the Rental and Airbnb style renovation, which focused on design, practicality and speed. During first 3 months in the business, the company successfully secured close to 20 units renovation projects from a group of property investors.

The business took off when it secured and successfully completed 200 units bulk renovation projects during 2020 to 2021. With the experience gained, T2o is now working with few real estate developers in providing ID consultation service for pre-construction space planning to improve the fixtures placement and reduce hacking rework.

Besides condominium ID service and renovation, T2o has been engaged by MNC factories and commercial renovation. Thanks to the economic boom in Batu Kawan Penang in 2022, the company has been successfully growing.

In 2023, T2o decided to expand its business by setting up a first of its kind commercial showroom at Greenlane Penang. This brand-new T2o Greenlane showroom aims to support local SMEs and factories in designing a stunning yet comfortable working space. The current T2o Lilitan, Bayan Lepas’s office and showroom will continue to serve the local folks on condominium ID and renovation service.

T2o’s 3-year plan is to become a leading ID and renovation firm in Northern Malaysia. While the long-term 10 years plan is to be public listed and venture into the international ID market.
