Cooltec Industries Sdn. Bhd. started from a humble beginning as Unicla Trading and Air Cond Services in 1989 providing servicing and installing car air conditioning systems. With the knowledge and experiences gained over the years, the company decided to venture into manufacturing, wholesaling and distribution of car air conditioning components, parts and accessories under the name of Carsonic Enterprise in 1994. In 1996 the company changed its entity to a private limited company known as Cooltec Industries Sdn. Bhd.
Cooltec Industries’ vision is to be a leading player in the automotive air conditioning industry both locally and internationally.
The company’s mission is to provide the best services which is “second to none” with its motto “quality products with prompt and timely deliveries”. Cooltec’s service approach is simple — to serve as a reliable business partner. The company’s management system is fully certified to meet international standards, ISO 9001:2015, IATF:2016, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
Cooltec’s range of services include manufacturing of plastic injection moulded parts; manufacturing, assembling and design of automotive air conditioning parts and components; trading and distribution of automotive air conditioning parts and components; design and manufacture of rubber moulded parts for OEM and REM industries and manufacturing of rubber leaves handicrafts, gifts, souvenirs, home and building decoration products.
Cooltec was awarded the SME Occupational Safety and Health Adoption Award by Platinum Business Awards in 2022. The company also received the Certificate of Share Prosperity Organization by MPC and the Local Automotive Tier 1 OEM project from Sanden and APM.
Cooltec’s priority is to gain the trust and satisfaction of customers. The company will continue to train its staff to embrace Industry 4.0 as it believes that the adoption of technology and digitalisation will ensure the quality of its products and services.
