Chmiel Global Advisory was co-founded by Georg Chmiel and Amy Rashina. Georg is the Co-Founder & Executive Chair of Juwai-IQI Holdings, the largest proptech group in ASEAN with more than 45,000 real estate professionals across 30 countries. He is Chair of ASX-listed companies Spacetalk and Centrepoint Alliance, and Director of Xamble Group and Kinatico. He is Senior Advisor to brioHR.com, modelmanagement.com and madeComfy.com, and Chair of GoFlexEvents.com. Georg holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Computer Science degree from Technische Universität München.
Amy has worked for 15 years in the Malaysian fintech and proptech space, focused on organising events, corporate marketing, business growth and partnerships with companies like Prudential Assurance Berhad, Juwai-IQI Holdings and catTHIS. Amy has built significant experience and connections across all functions of small and medium sized businesses (SME) in ASEAN especially entrepreneur driven businesses. She enjoys helping others by bringing them together to reach critical creative mass and initiative sharing of experience and stories with her background in handling companies’ human resources and dealing with C-Level executives. Amy found her passion besides Chmiel Global Advisory in starting an In-house Training and Event Management in GoFlex Events where she can help bring entrepreneurs to the next level.
