Founded in 1998, Allied Forklift (M) Sdn Bhd. has grown into one of Malaysia’s leading providers of material handling equipment (MHE). In 2020, we embarked on a strategic transformation from conventional diesel forklifts to Electric Vehicle (EV) MHE powered by Lithium-Ion Battery (LIB) technology. By integrating innovative equipment with our proprietary Telematics System, we help businesses improve fleet visibility, operational efficiency, sustainability, and cost performance.
As of July 2026, Allied Forklift has successfully supplied over 1,200 units EV MHE across Malaysia, serving customers across diverse industries. We further demonstrated our pioneering capabilities by delivering Malaysia’s first 16-ton EV forklift, proving that electric MHE can meet demanding industrial applications while supporting environmental responsibility.
Our commitment extends beyond equipment supply. Through a consultative approach, we provide complete MHE solutions encompassing fleet optimization, preventive maintenance, operator training, digital fleet monitoring, and nationwide after-sales support. These solutions help customers improve productivity, reduce downtime, lower operating costs, and minimize carbon emissions.
Our sustainability and digital transformation journey reached significant milestones as Allied Forklift became the first MHE supplier listed with the ESG Association Malaysia and was recognized among the Top 50 Digital Award recipients. These achievements reflect our commitment to adopting ESG principles, digital technologies, and innovative solutions to create measurable value for our customers and stakeholders in perspective of carbon foot-print reduction.
Looking ahead, Allied Forklift is taking its next strategic step from Material Handling to Material Moving. Building on our expertise in EV MHE, Telematics, and digital solutions, we are expanding into AGVs, AMRs, and smart warehouse automation diligently from time-to-time.
A key part of this next move is the EP DASP; (Digital Autonomous System for Parts), an intelligent goods-to-person solution under the Warehouse@Anywhere philosophy. DASP combines robotics and digital orchestration to automate inventory management, storage allocation, retrieval, and order picking. A standard 20.5 m² module can accommodate up to 1,530 different articles, maximizing storage density while reducing manual movement and improving picking efficiency and accuracy.
